Sorry but NO WAY! This man deserves the most severe punishment that our legal system can dish out (and then some). Violence against children is completely unacceptable and must be followed up with the strongest possible enforcement/punishment, in order to be the strongest deterent.
No matter what this guys circumstances are they are all piss poor excuses for this horendous act. This pathetic act is just another example of a power tripping male who thinks his needs exceed all others.
