Like everyone, I too am hoping for the best outcome and the administrator can sort something out - in the interim, I think it important that we hope for the best but plan for the worst.

Hence the decision to try to collect as much relevant info as possible and commence packaging it into readable format so that if need be, we can move quickly and whichever expert we lodge it with can more easily understand the shinanigans that have gone on.
