This business is not being run for benefit of share holders, by talented imaganative and creative people.
The lack of forsight intuition and skillful enterprise is missing opportunities to grow.
The con note and managements lack of belief in the businesses.
The Previous discounted raise, 1.2 million of which was dumped for a quick profit that crushed the share price. This was eminently foreseeable given the reputation of the holders.
The Chairmans choice of business advisor a few years back.
The lack of timely and accurate reporting on TSI.
The lack of market updates on contracts that are in the public domain.
The lack of market communication.
And the share price!
As for 40cents in 12 months! If management had coverted the con note it would probably be that today?
It's the share price!
And you new guys should look up TSI. That could all have been ours. We were early to that space.
