in the background bioreactors will continue to be developed and will be the longer term solution... but in the first 12-18 months post approval... the build out strategy is all they can do.
the build up to bioreactors can be “warp speed” assisted and hopefully come online after 12-18months post approval and take over the supply.
all hypotheticals, but John made it clear that they needed ready labs to get scale going ASAP... so if heaven and earth needs to be moved to achieve that- then it’ll get moved IMO
