There is a case management hearing on 6 November in which I think the judge will recommend that they go into mediation. Since I think there is absolutely no hope in hell that ISX will agree on a confidential resolution which leaves all the existing slander in public view and no repudiation of the speculation by ASX, this will go nowhere. Additionally, since it appears that ASX believes they will win (based on their rights under the listing rules), I don't believe ASX will have any appetite for a settlement either - confidential or otherwise. So, I believe the saga will continue and we will not see the real court case begin until the first quarter of 2021.

It goes without saying that I am hoping I have this wrong.
