1pm and only 1.7m shares traded, might be a bit tough to get to the 10-20m shares that have ordinarily traded per day in recent times.
Might be indicative of the market depth finding a stable level and all the short term holders adequately turned over there stock and sorted themselves out after the 63m shares were dumped.
As a longer-term holder, I couldn't really care less, but it does seem to be a distinct change today.
