I dont think inflation will come around as soon as some think. People arent willing to spend nor borrow yet. But i rate the energy crisis as big as the financial crisis. I watched a doco a few days (crude oil? won a few awards a few years ago) ago stating war for energy could soon come ie war in iraq was about securing oil resources etc. some interesting points in noted was that Saudi Arbia has only found one big oil field since 1965! US produces 2% of worlds oil but comsumes 25%! Interesting times ahead
