Let me point out something to the haters, about the PO3, Hotcopper and the ASX ...

A HC poster can provide facts about a company, and the price of the stock can go up or down - if it goes down, it DOES NOT mean that the poster was lying or trying to misinform anyone on HC.

The ASX is NOT comprised of only investors who read HC, so anyone posting here CANNOT move the price of a stock up or down in any meaningful way with their posts. Both Tukebay and Kenji provided facts, and made their own conclusions and opinions which they shared. If a HC reader agreed then they would hopefully go away and do their own research and make their own decision on whether to buy, sell or hold.

Tukebay had been posting about PO3 when it was 50c . He continued to do so and provided only factual information, combined with his own opinions. News came out of BP buying the stock at $2.40 , the stock ran to around $2.40, then in the next few weeks settled to around $1.85 . The haters were out in full force ... the company kept releasing positive information and the price moved above 3, then 4 then 5 then 6. My point is ... everyone had plenty of time to buy, sell and hold.

Kenji shared his findings here that one of the employees of Somnio's LinkedIn profile showed that he was working on a project for a potential OEM. How is that a lie ? It was his investigative work that could have been a clue about Purifloh signing a deal with that OEM. If news of a deal was released, he would have helped make money for himself and others . In HINDSIGHT , no deal has been released (YET) ... this DOES NOT mean that he has lied about anything.

All HC holders have been frustrated that since BP became chairman, the news has dried up, or we were being treated with contempt. The stock has drifted down into the unimaginable two's ... Who knows what BP was thinking when he became chairman, but the point here is, that based on his track record of building mega market cap successful companies, it would have seemed a VERY good thing for PO3 to have him as chairman. IN HINDSIGHT , it has been terrible. This DOES NOT mean that any poster here has lied or tried to mislead anyone.

To the haters - You are not cleverer than anyone else because you have been negative on PO3. You are only right in Hindsight. The game is NOT over and the company continues to work, the stock price does NOT reflect what is happening in the company, or any possible achievements that we may have not been told about yet (maybe because of BP's reluctance to release any positive information ). Jumping up and down and saying "I told you so" only continues to display your immaturity and lack of self awareness. It does not help anyone, because your negative comments were never based on factual evidence, just opinion. You were NOT around when the price was $6.25 and looking very strong. You came back like ugly vultures when the stock was $2, AFTER the global Covid pandemic, and AFTER months of no updates from the company.

There were very strong bids in the market today, so this drop has been a blessing to many (I was a buyer today and will be again on Monday). I remember when APT was trading around $8.50 and the HC haters were calling it to fall to $1 ... saying APT was finished because no one had money to buy anything, so APT was dead. From then it just moved higher and higher netting some a Disallowed.

I believe that the board has been frustrated as much as shareholders, and a decision needed to be made, and quickly. We are very fortunate to have people like Simon Lill, Carl Le Suiffe and Chuck. I see this as an amazing opportunity at these levels.
