Come to think of it, only a few years ago at an EGM (or AGM?) in Perth was when MS was talking about the possibility of CVI shares going to $6....
Back then, from memory, the oil reserve off Cameroon was going to provide the initial cash flow..... don't think the refinery was even mentioned at that stage.
Has CVI ever really had any definite entitlement to anything? All those tents set up at Catabola (wasn't it?) .... what ever happened to the test results? Did they get them back from Ireland?.....
If ASIC lets this whole "story" slide, if a lawyer is in the thick of CVI's pseudo-rise and definite demise (along with many investors' money, the law is in a terrible state. I suppose corporate lawyers would have been paid handsomely to set up all the entitlements, bonuses of the Wall Street w@nkers.
