For a predator, it is the shortest way to expand through acquisition and an increase in market capitalization to get into the DOW ASX 300 or better through an exchange of its shares for MAN's shares. For MAN'S shareholders it means a retention of interest in Newleyline and the predator a priceless acquisition. For TG 's group, IGO, Anglo or the big boys, it is a way of arriving at the scene without going through the difficult process from the beginning.
