I agree with all above. Even as a 'VIP' Comsec client, words mean nothing with this crowd. This week I was offered FREE CFD training sessions... HELLO!!!! We're about to change the entire trading platform - wouldn't it be just a TAD smart to have some training sessions in WebIRESS(WI) instead??
So why stay?
1. Cost is NIL with the min trade reqirements
2. Brokerage is $19.95
3. SOME decent functionalty with WI
Why Go?
1. Better platforms elsewhere
2. Comsec THINK they listen - but who here has received a survey on Comsec customer feedback? They've become so big for their boots, it's disgraceful
3. It's there way or the highway attitude
What should Comsec Do NOW?
1. Hold off on the termination of Protrader
2. Develop a transition plan that includes ALL customer feedack and TRAINING in WebIRESS
3. Develop a trading rebate program based on volume
Such fools it incomprehensible!
