I bought and sold well over 2 million shares during the time stipulated - still hold over a mill. I applied for the IMF documents and have until the 27 Feb to return them.
I am hoping that Ozl re-list before the 27th Feb at a price we can all live with - ie 55c to $1. - keep PH and sell enough other assets to pay off smaller loans to overseas banks. I would not send back my forms and I personally think it will blow away any case against OZ. Within weeks, the IMF case will fold. M.
