    Total Assets (inclusive of cash) is around 38bn USD
    Total Liabilities 26bn

    I'm not part of the debate or discussion but people should cite sources to support opinions. whatever the opinion is.
    Understand its a Q2 release but quite significant discrepancy to your quoted figures.
