Perhaps you should stick to the Babcock stable,BNB,BBP,BBI etc. You need to pay a bit more attention to the relevance of numbers if you are going to avoid troubled companies.
AOE simply doesn't need a takeover, and Shell could do it from the petty cash drawer if it wanted to.
Or with that thread header, are you just a downramper?
