I don’t mind if RBG simply judged according to the current law(s) as they stood. But she went beyond that and created new laws. If the American people had a referendum(s) to change laws , gun laws, abortion laws, immigration laws, any law or the constitution, (Australia too)and the majority vote yes, well and good, I abide they the peoples verdict. It’s when a Judge thinks they can change a country and create news laws I have real trouble with. RBG was a political Jurist. No unelected person should be able to weld that sort of power over a people, a constitution, a country. Jet
