The more I put what I know with what people are sending me I am starting to feel like NEGLIGENCE may be the swiftest remedy available to us ..........

FFS the best the immediate past company secretary who himself is supposed to have legal training and if my dates are correct was in that position when this JV doc was crafter can't even say for sure what's in it - God give us a break!!!!!

As far as I know we were never permitted to see agreements - I thought I may have seen a copy once but have been unable to find it since - anyone got a copy????? - if it is not available to us to check it and make an informed decision that we are comfortable with it and in leaving or putting our money into the company based on its content - we must rely on the board to be diligent in te duty they owe to shareholders and that they are fully across its contents and comfortable with what is in it and how it works - according to your comments two key players aren't even sure what is in it - yet one is supposed to be an independent director looking after shareholder interests and the other was in a key position during its crafting -

So are we looking at negligence, non-disclosure or simple incompetence - personally I dont see them as incompetent
