G'day @itzgr82balive..... @centro11. made an excellent find posted on ISX v. ASX thread P.4, which I can't copy to post here, relating a judicial finding on case ACMA v. TodayFM case where ISX SoC is cited with regard to 793C and Listing Rule 18.8.

I don't understand the court decision 22..... yet it may provide some support for ASX using listing rules in any manner it sees fit.

In a post I wrote recently I suggested that given the lack of evidence it is possible that ASX may be intending to run its defence on legal technicality.... The TodayFM case coupled with your points may provide some support for that argument.

I would value your opinion on this.
