In Obama’s last months of office, he didn’t have the numbers in the Senate to have his Supreme Court Justice confirmed. On the other hand Trump has the Senate Numbers and can do what Obama couldn’t. Right or wrong doesn’t come into it. You either can or can’t. Jet
