For the following post in the Commsec Technical Support Room I was BANNED..........
Just reading back........what a lot of garbage from CTS: we have just launched CommsecIRESS, our new live market data platform. It is OLD software that has been about for ages, preProTrader 1. It is NOT uptodate and even thought there have been problems along the way Pro Trader is far superior to Iress. The millions on millions that you make from us traders, and you cannot give us good software, just recycled crap!!! Not Happy........ and Comsec will find out too late just how unhappy others are also...

I emailed to complain and was told to address my complaints to: [email protected]

The following day, a very PROPER lady rang me.
She said that the ban was put in place due to my use of the word CRAP........
Nothing to do with my comments about Iress etc No we are not Censoring your comments about changing from ProTrader etc.......After a half hour phone call I was told the ban would be lifted in a couple of weeks..........

How heavy handed can you get !!!!
