This actually makes me think of a great business opportunity if anyone wants it....

machine learning works by getting a lot of data and outbidding it to form the algorithm. Self driving vehicles need millions of miles of video footage to teach the algorithms.

So for a robot to be able to wipe an arse, the algorithms would need to learn from millions of hours of video footage.

Data is the new gold, and as far as I know, nobody is collecting arse wiping video footage. So there it is, a great opportunity for an up and coming entrepreneur.
