Dividend now is unlikely in the short term, would upset debt holders and in the long term interests of the company the money would be best put towards paying off debt IMO. However I wouldn't be too surprised to see statement released that mentions the payment of dividends on the horizon looks promising. Still need to pay back debt, I'd prefer to see a couple more assets sales to consolidate the NTA, especially with the storm clouds over VCS.

In the directors interestes IMO to have a low share price at the moment, the market is not efficient. Hopefully the lag is not too far behind and the true value of this company is reflected in the SP soon.
