if you are not investing in the hundreds of millions it makes very little sense to dwell about price being 3.2 or 3.5 or any other decimal. There has been occasions when people have missed out on a decade of astronomical gains in stocks because it didn’t hit their “buy price” with a decimal away or so. Even if you invest 100 million it makes little sense to not buy at $3.80 if IOOF goes on to $38 in ten years time.
