    Outgoings for staff has always been high, especially for the honchos, so this isn’t new news.

    It’s been almost 12 months since the last CR which raised $17M, which was also on the back of consolidation.

    You can’t discount a CR as they can happen at any time, for any reason.

    And perhaps you or other market participants know more. I don’t, I’m just a retail pleb.

    All previous CRs have occurred at large premiums to the share price and to long term holders EBOS (2017) and HMS (2019).

    International revenue, should add to the local operations but that’s on the promise that partner deals happen on time and payments are made on delivery of the programs.

    Things seem a bit backward to me where programs go live but there’s nothing on the books even after a few months.
