This should be prime concern ....... how do we save it intact for shareholders and avoid an asset firesale. First shareholders need to rank equally with all unsecured creditors ... that SGW precedence ?

What really bugs me is at NO TIME were shareholders advised the severity of the problem and asked to help with funding it.

I suggest that spin-off of non JV assets INC the Uranium and Gold etc be a piority whilst the JV problems are sorted out. Wasnt it all set up and ready for float at the "right time". Even an underwritten pro-rata rights issue of that at a nominal price would aid the longevity of the mothership ...

... but u need a functional Board for that and we dont have one now.
