I am not the company, I don't represent the company and I'm not the regulator of the asx.
I suggest you contact the company itself or the ASX if you have grievances with how they are disclosing information and what the asx deems material.
My personal view is that taking photos of drilling progress that the market is aware of, is not a material announcement in itself and they're not the first company to post photos of site operations on their social media.
I've seen the asx block companies making official announcements for immaterial updates such as these and the companies have in turn posted to their website or other social media sources.
