Gap is being used as a tool to deter speculation which may push the shareprice even higher, imho .
I hypothesize that the big bid on open last Friday (@ 46 cents ?) was placed in order to create a gap which in turn incites trader speculation then dissapointment as selling to (supposedly) fill the gap takes place . In the meantime the shareprice is moderated (wings clipped).
Very possible that parties apart from traders are keeping a lid on NXS shareprice . No use having a T/O price to negotiate if the premium is eroded by speculation upwards .
Traders are not invited to the negotiation table .
My little tip . Don't get caught napping and stash your NXS away from trade temptation . Rewards are likely to be far more lucrative if held . NOBODY on the outside can have an idea of likely timing of an announcement . It could realistically come fast or not so fast . Shell and others have been talking with NXS for months already . NXS has put their position on the table many weeks ago .
