Given that CITIC have secured the gas supply, obtained the changes to the state mining agreement that they were seeking and sorted out their hedging issues, things still seem to be remarkably quiet given that it is a US $4.5 billion dollar project.

Does anybody have any local knowledge of how it is going?

I heard a bit of a rumour that they were having difficulty with senior staffing because of the lack of prior experience dealing with such a large scale project.
