I am not 100% sure of the finer details of how this came about. Maybe management were planning a couple of steps ahead and pulled one over Kalahari.

I am extremely busy at the moment and unable to follow it up. Maybe one of the the other shareholders that speaks to the company may be able to assist us.

On another matter, I would urge all Kalahari shareholders to bombard the Kalahari office and ask for the immediate resignation of Mr Mark Hohnen.

This exercise has cost Kalahari and Extract shareholders a considerable amount of money, and time wasted that could have been spent on more productive matters to benefit us all.

Marben100, if you think this is a good idea, please get your followers on the Uk boards to persue this matter as vigorous as the Extract holders did to secure an independent director.
