i was working the profit split based partially on infrastructure contributed to end product also. The 5 mil that Andy mentioned Saracen forward paying as capex will be mostly opex. Itll be a freight road, deisel pump and some basic infrastructure and the rest i assume will be the operation cost of digging up the ore. In comparison to this small capex nxm have, saracen have no doubt spent hundreds of millions on plant etc to be in the position to process nxm ore. I suspect the profit sharing with reflect this to a degree. But who knows!

Either way it looks good for nxm. I dont know that anyone can predict what the pog will be in 3, 4 years or more when these other smallcap goldies will be digging up ore, but its almost certain that nxm is going to get the right prices when they are selling ore q1 2021. Exciting times ahead.
