the way I see charts is yes, they sometimes acknowledge fundamentals, but more often than not, they are reflecting sentiment, which is a different kettle of fish and for that reason, charts can not only provide a visual on history, they can in fact be predictive if used carefully and most importantly, they tell you when sentiment changes if you know what to look for. SXY sentiment is bullish as right now. Anyone selling without seeing any reversal of bullish sentiment is guessing.
No way SXY isn’t heading for ASX200 in the March rebalance. Simply no way.
