Investment Case
These new EM targets are very exciting, particularly in the context of the 3x higher AEM response at Hartog EM than the high grade G1 zone already identified at Gonneville.
It points to the potential district scale potential of the complex and potential comparisons with some of worlds great orebodies like Norilsk, Jinchuan and Voisey’s Bay.
We expect CHN will get access to the State Forest to conduct non disturbance work and will also start work on flora and fauna studies.
Whilst companies don’t normally go into trading halts on EM results – these new results are exceptional in the context of what has been discovered at Gonneville and the potential of these new anomalies.
We maintain our Speculative Buy and believe that CHN could well have the makings of a world class Tier 1 ore system.
