Don't forget that some clients' shares went up in value between March 27 and default.
It's going to be impossible to find a distribution method which is fair to all people - so expect some compromise between valuation at March 27 and valuation according to Finkelstein's ruling - if indeed a settlement offer is made at all and isaccepted by the creditors as a whole.
