    My understanding to this is they want add re-programmability. To assist in fine-tune the chip against customer’s product and they special requirement.

    Sound positive to me, as they’re ready to approach potential customer or very close to it.

    Above just my interpretation on the FPGA description, have limit knowledge in this field.
