I'm just curious...this is just the convertible notes and not the senior loan...
also, this is a company who is not trading....so can freeze any cash burn (if needed) until the a more stable time (if indeed the original bond holders want out) or until more comfortable bond holders replace them.
There maybe some issue with the bond holders, but my feeling that if it is, its not of massive consequence....maybe a significant one but not one that will put Lynas down and out.
