Underwriters have acquired huge amount of Shares now, they are not going to count 5% here and there and lose bigger opportunities elsewhere. They will dump part of their holding at loss, free up cash and then the remaining holding they can sell at much higher profit down the line. Meanwhile, the SP will head below $3 may be under $2.90
