Trader1 i think that is the major concern for all the moment but if this deal ends to others putting their hands up to build other plants around the world then that is where INL will start to make it's money!!!!
So baby steps for INL i guess and a long patience required.
Baby steps could suddenly turn into low gravity moon bounds if the right people like what is happening at INL.
