Not all gaps are filled. However in years to come this may get filled, but based on this news, this now lifts the revenue floor for at least the next 3 years.
The initial surge on open would be shorts coming. The instos will try to establish control again, imo if you are waiting for 1.78 to be closed you could be in for a long wait.
