hector,,you have to ask why the market was only giving it a pe of 5 yesterday.

I think it was on track to redeem to 3.00, so a pe of 6 target previously.

(you have people wandering why the earnings guidence didnt come or hint at the 2.50 raising, how do those instos feel, CBA - mquarrie all over again),

to reverse trend, need to get past the fear of further guidence write downs.

So i think worse before it gets better, but a long term target would be 6/5 x 1.40= 1.68 on pe 6.

to get to 2.00 your asking for a pe of 7. Possible, but might need to tread water until the winter crops demands for fert.
