I could be wrong here. but. if this is OTC in US it means someone needs to make a market and usually have a bunch of the stock on their books. and if trading builds they may need to come back next day to Oz to cover any shortfall.
any other views?
now. this could mean someone has a bunch already... or they need to buy. or maybe a significant has pledged a parcel of liquidity.
just some thoughts. happy to be corrected.
