Sorry but you are wrong! I didnt know that Austind were being wound up until I read your post. You are being a hipocrit when you say that people are sweeping the facts under the carpet. If you are truely impartial you should have checked with NSL as to what link there is between the two companies and then repoerted on all the facts, not only the ones that suit you.

This is an important example on how rumours and half truths are started on this site. Peolple should do their own research and get all the facts. I have done that and even though I would prefer the share price to be higher there is nothing we can do until the cap raising is finalised.
