1. there is significant over capacity at Avoca. Even though it is around 60-80km down the road, with current fuel costs this is not a factor.
2. stuff they are looking to process now[they say 300,000 ou, but I think that 200k might be more conservative] is over 2g/ton, and Norseman would like it as well.
3. they are currently reviewing all the tenements before they make any announcements, but there is no reason to suspect anything is amiss. historically the tenements have been reasonably well managed. If anything, they can probably pick up more tenements for a song today.
