Sorry to hear you suffer from OA at such a young age. Happy to hear you have done due diligence and have PAR on your radar.
Hmm I haven't heard of this before (Anti Aging properties), in my express opinion it might have some efficacy but due to a powder/pill/crushed and mixed drug, the absorption can be at best a single digit % (I've heard and read around 5%). I haven't heard of it being used as an anti-aging treatment per se.
The whole premise for addressing inflammation, specially internally such as OA, Heart Failure, Hay fever and joint conditions as an example (not an exhaustive list, only my views) is the MOA via higher absorption via sub cat injection giving a bio availability at greater percentage levels. We have this patented in this method and format for these indications.
Certainly pills such as Elmiron wouldn't have anywhere near the effect on joint pain and associated pathology. If it did we would've heard about this not years ago...but decades ago.
