Although i've given up on the company, and have placed the shares in the bottom for maybe a miracle to happen one day, i think maybe for a short term play any buying at around 9 or under is going to be a good buy.
My theory is that they've extended the offer and they will now do all they can to get the sp over 10 within next 2 weeks, because if this placement does not go through, then bye bye charlie.
