Guys , rang the company today because I have been very concerned at how Lynas has been trading .Very reminicent of OZ minerals .Spoke to Andrew ? (for about 15 minites )because the board was in a meeting. Andrew was very well spoken & controlled in manner .I expressed my concerns & my dismay that the company(in my opinion) has not kept the market adequately informed , & this has come out of the blue , & that there had been no forwarning by the company of any financial difficulties-quite the contary .i said the company has reported it has between 70 -100 million & $17 million contingency for project costs. Andrew corrected me & said the company has around 50 million .I said i'm unhappy because the company has not reported any difficulties with the bondholders or difficulties with funding generally .I said should this be announced that there are difficulties or should the suspension be permanent , I would be seeking legal advice with a view to persuing any legal remedies available .Andrew said i hear what your saying , but give it a few days & we may have an outcome .
