Nothing surprising with the leadership changes. The growth will be coming from the U.S and Europe. Only makes sense that the leadership group should be more based in those countries.
No point having them based in Australia if they can't even travel to those locations any time soon. Growth in the U.S will be the main focus for the next 12 months.
