The volume for the day was less than 5,000 shares.
It is being manipulated no doubt but it's because there is no demand.
You have to ask yourself how the substantial holder managed to get so many without moving the price over all those months? The thing is the register is now so tight that any demand on helium/gas signs can propel this easily to $5 and above.
I'm hoping the substantial holder is happy to let the brakes off and throw some cash at this at the appropriate time.
