if the victorian gov't let this technology slip through their fingers i would have grave concerns for the future of victorian industry.
it's a brown coal tech that makes the coal burn cleanER, it creates water to be used by the power stations and excess coal can be exported for revenue. It will create jobs in the LV for the next decade as well as revenues for the state.
what part of that equation do they not understand?
