You're are reading between the lines and the company is playing the minimal info / keep them guessing game.

If they were signing a lease for extra room at the factory the market should have been told. An announcement showcasing this, with photos, costs etc would be normal practice for this.

Historically, companies that provide minimal info, have repeat delays and miss milestones, don't end well. If a company has good news they share it. So if there isn't good news coming out regularly then odds are they got none.

Or... they are dodgy clowns feeding there inside mates. Let's not forget who has done very very well out of the 29c cap raise.
