The fact that you are a KZL holder clouds your judgment. You are putting a positive spin on everything because it makes you feel better to think that way. And that's understandable, you are invested in KZL.

But the facts are that KZL is in a distressed state, and might well be forced into asset sales in the near future. There is no way can you justify buying in at present, despite what you refer to as KZL's good management, Kim and whatever.
