In the 2017 AGM the current Chairman, (the major shareholder daughter), detailed the three year strategic goals for the company.
I have taken the liberty to audit the performance of the Board led by the major shareholders daughter, as for some inexplicable reason the Chair is totally silent on the outcome of the three year strategic goals. The three years are up (June 2020) and yet not even a note in the Annual Report. The reality is a massive fail...and yet no accountability.
So in the interests of full disclosure here are the results of my audit.
